User Responsibilities

As a User, You Must:

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

You Must Not:

Loan Application Process

Fees and Charges

Partner Terms

For DSA Partners:

• Commission Structure: 95% revenue sharing on successful transactions
• Compliance: Must comply with all regulatory requirements
• Training: Mandatory training programs for partner certification
• Performance: Maintain minimum performance standards
• Territory: Operate within assigned geographical boundaries
• Termination: Either party may terminate with 30 days notice

Data Usage and Privacy

• Your data may be shared with lenders for loan processing
• We implement bank-grade security measures
• You have rights over your personal data as per applicable laws
• We may use aggregated data for business intelligence
